 Chris Bradley is the founder and CEO of Bradley Partner, a next-generation technology brokerage and advisory firm based out of Chadds Ford, PA. With over 11 years of experience, he helps organizations make smarter technology investments. Leveraging Lean Six Sigma and executive leadership expertise, Chris partners with executives and IT teams to streamline procurement, optimize costs, and deliver measurable results. His focus is on building trust and providing unbiased, strategic insights that drive business success.  Chris also serves on the advisory board for Penn State and stays active with the Garnet Valley High School Alumni and Athletics community. He is involved with Habitat for Humanity in Delaware and Montgomery Counties, supporting local development initiatives. Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing music as a part-time musician. 

Mike is a results-driven IT professional with extensive experience across the cloud and hosting industry. His career spans hands-on technical leadership to managing solution design teams, giving him a unique perspective on both strategy and execution. Skilled in managed, hybrid, and private cloud environments, Mike specializes in solution architecture, IT strategy, and enterprise transformation.

He holds certifications including AWS Cloud Solution Architect – Associate, CCSK, and VCP, and brings expertise in virtualization, networking, storage, compliance, and business continuity. With a strong foundation in Agile and process engineering, Mike partners with organizations to streamline operations, drive migrations, and align technology with business outcomes.

Chad is a multi-cloud strategist who designs enterprise-grade solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud with a focus on integrating AI to drive innovation and scalability. With deep expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, Chad has led organizations through complex migrations, AI/ML implementations, and secure, compliant cloud transformations.

Michael is particularly passionate about integrating AI-driven customer experience enhancements, including voice biometrics and advanced contact center technologies.

He actively contributes to industry discussions through podcasts and webinars, sharing insights on topics such as Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, CCaaS, and CX transformation. Michael holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is committed to fostering collaborative partnerships that drive business success.

Brian is the Vice President of Structured Cabling and Wiring, overseeing the design, implementation, and management of enterprise and commercial network infrastructure. With extensive experience in structured cabling, fiber optics, and network connectivity solutions, Brian ensures that organizations have reliable, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure to support today’s demanding technology environments.

Known for leading cross-functional teams, managing complex installations, and driving standards compliance, Brian brings a hands-on, strategic approach to every project. Their expertise spans data centers, office networks, and large-scale commercial deployments, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term infrastructure planning.

Jason is a cybersecurity-focused technology leader with deep experience in sales engineering and operations, specializing in productivity and transformation initiatives. Holding top industry certifications, including CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Azure Solutions Architect Expert (SAE), and AWS Solutions Architect Associate (SAA), he excels at designing and implementing secure, scalable technology solutions that align with business goals.

A hands-on leader, Jason builds and optimizes Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams, driving measurable outcomes through complex problem solving and strategic guidance. He is comfortable delivering demonstrations, trainings, discovery sessions, and keynotes across both 1:1 and group environments. His technical expertise spans Unified Communications (UCaaS), Contact Center (CCaaS), CPaaS, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Private Cloud, Colocation), mobility, IoT, TEM, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Josh helps organizations navigate the marketing hype surrounding advanced technologies, focusing on practical use cases and ensuring solutions align with real business needs. By evaluating not just the technology but also the vendors that support it, Josh  applies risk management methodologies to deliver actionable, reliable outcomes.

Specializing in Cybersecurity and SD-WAN, Josh partners with clients to design, implement, and optimize technology strategies that balance innovation, performance, and risk.

 Bhu Virdi is the Director of Cloud & AI Programs at Intelisys, a leading technology services distributor. In this role, he leads initiatives that empower channel partners to leverage cloud and artificial intelligence solutions, driving innovation and business transformation. Bhu is passionate about educating and enabling partners to navigate the evolving landscape of AI and cloud technologies.

Prior to joining Intelisys, Bhu held various leadership positions in technology and operations, where he developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the cloud and AI space. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and webinars, sharing insights on the future of technology in the channel and the impact of AI beyond traditional applications.
